Description This product is white carrier-free particles, flame retardant masterbatch with nitrogen and phosphorus macromolecular structure.
Application Suitable for halogen-free flame retardant of glass fiber reinforced PA66 and PA6. Adding 15-20% to PA66 and 23-25% to PA66 can easily reach UL94 V-0 level (1.6mm). At the same time, it can pass the glow wire GWIT≥775℃.
Storage Products are stored in cool, dry conditions.

Feature It has excellent thermal stability, excellent compatibility with resin, and excellent dispersion, fluidity, precipitation resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. During the combustion process, it produces an expanded carbon layer to insulate heat and oxygen, prevent further spread of surface flames, achieve fire prevention and flame retardant effects, and is low-smoke, non-toxic, and free of molten droplets.
