Feature | 1. Better temperature resistance. 2. Good smoke suppression performance. The addition of small molecule capture agents can greatly reduce the amount of smoke generated by PS, and can reduce the smoke density of the board by up to about 30%; 3. Improve melt strength. The addition of macromolecular chain extenders can greatly increase the viscosity and strength of the melt, improve the compressive strength of the board, increase the foaming ratio, improve the bulk density of the board, and provide better mechanical properties. |

Notes | Processing: 1. The melting point of the composite flame retardant system is low. It is recommended to use it on twin-screw XPS production equipment to reduce the temperature of the feed area. It is also suitable for single-screw production lines, and the process needs to be adjusted reasonably; 2. This flame retardant masterbatch and PS raw materials need to be mixed evenly to avoid current fluctuations during production. |
