- Composite Flame Retardant for PVC
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is an unusual plastic with a higher chlorine content than most other plastics and therefore has excellent flame retardant properties. However, many plasticizers added in the processing of PVC can significantly reduce its flame retardant function, making flame retardant treatment necessary.
Alfa Chemistry offers composite flame retardant for PVC, chemically modified from environmentally friendly organic and inorganic compounds. It is manufactured through rigorous material selection, advanced production equipment and excellent workmanship. It is highly synergistic with halogenated flame retardants and can replace antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) in equal amounts.

Our composite flame retardant for PVC mainly has the following advantages:
This product is specially designed for PVC products, and can directly replace Sb2O3 in the same proportion. PVC wire and cable products manufactured with it have high oxygen index, can pass the VW-1 flammability test. Meanwhile, the product also has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, aging resistance, mechanical properties and electrical properties.
Alfa Chemistry has long been committed to the research and development of flame retardants, as well as the exploration and promotion of their applications. Our advanced testing methods and strict quality control system make our products stable and reliable. At the same time, we provide targeted formulations and optimized flame retardant solutions according to the different needs of our customers. For more information, please feel free to contact us.
