Usage and Dosage
1. Preprocessing
Due to the poor water absorption of polyester fabrics, it is best to carry out lye treatment before flame retardant finishing to improve the effect. It is recommended to treat in 20-30 g/L NaOH solution at 95-100 ℃ for 30-60 min.
2. Flame retardant finishing
The recommended concentration of polyester durable flame retardant is 150-180g/L, and the concentration of nonionic penetrant is 0.5-1g/L. The concentration of flame retardant is adjusted accordingly with the gram weight of the fabric and the liquid.
