Catalog ACMA00051001
Description The flame-retardant masterbatch is made of microcapsule-coated red phosphorus powder, processed through a special process, and made into a masterbatch shape using PET as a carrier. It is halogen-free and does not contain polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). It is widely used in red or dark color systems. Its addition amount is low, the product is stable, it is not easy to break during the drawing process, and the processing is safe.
Flash Point ≥270℃
Application It can be widely used in the extrusion, injection molding and spinning of polyester, such as PET artificial wigs, sheets, films, fibers, etc. Specially used for flame retardant polyester spinning (suitable for small chemical fibers).
Storage Products are stored in cool, dry conditions.
Active Ingredients ≥55%
Applicability spinning
Color black/red
Decomposition Temperature ≥320℃
Feature 1. Low smoke, halogen-free, high flame retardant efficiency; no dust pollution, excellent processing performance.
2. Low density, good thermal stability, and little decrease in the physical properties of the product.
3. It will not frost, migrate or corrode the mold during processing.
4. Environmental protection meets the requirements of EU ROHS directive
Flammability UL94 V-0
