Description	PE flame retardant masterbatch is a kind of black granule made with red phosphorus and other flame retardants, using PE resin as the carrier, through melting, blending, extrusion, cooling, and pelletizing. It is an efficient and environmentally friendly flame retardant with the advantages of less dosage and high flame retardant efficiency.
Application	It is suitable for PE UL94-V2 flame retardant, such as corrugated pipe, Christmas trees, fire nets, wire and cable, etc.
Storage	Products are stored in cool, dry conditions.

Decomposition Temperature	≧180℃
Feature	1. High phosphorus content, good flame retardant effect, dosage 12-15% to the filled PE to reach UL94-V2 (2mm) level. 2. It can be directly injected with PE to reduce costs. 3. It can be used in PE with 20-50% filling (such as calcium carbonate, talcum powder, barium sulfate, etc.) without affecting dripping.
